Our Team

Jamsheer Poozhithara
Managing Director

Over the last 15 years, Jamsheer has advised over 500 clients in the UAE on Audits, Tax, Financial Planning, Budgeting, Financial Reporting, Cash Flow Management and Financial Models.

He is a Chartered Accountant by profession and a member of the ACCA(UK) and UAE CA. He holds an advanced diploma in applied accounting from CIMA and CertFRS along with several other certifications.

In his last role, Jamsheer headed the finance function of a leading Shipping, Freight forwarding and Logistics group in the UAE. Before that, he worked with Crowe Horwath, a leading global accounting firm, where he was in charge of various statutory and internal audit assignments.

Toyotomi Tada
Director

Toyotomi Tada is originally from Japan and has more than 20 years of experience across trading, manufacturing, financing, M&A, project management, and procurement.

He is highly active in the telecom and renewable energy markets with long-term experience that will give customers solid control methods and further business opportunities.

His role in the Scribe Counters includes advisory management and support in all strategic decision making and provides our customers with reliable control techniques and additional business opportunities.

Yoshikazu Nakamura
Advisor

Yoshikazu Nakamura has passed the Certified Public Accountant Examination (Japanese CPA) in 1995 and was engaged in statutory audits and IPO preparation guidance at a major audit firm (Deloitte). In 2000, he started an independent IPO consulting company, followed with assisting venture companies in fundraising, listing, and M&A, and experienced multiple listings and BuyOuts.

Yoshikazu is currently the CFO of a publicly traded company and head of two UAE subsidiaries. We are certain that his extensive network and experience of 20 years in the global market will be a great asset to Scribe Counters.

Ajmal Naz
Associate Director

Ajmal headed the Finance function of one of the largest importers and wholesalers of food products in GCC with a staff strength of more than 1000 employees. Actively involved in designing and implementing KPI’s to assess the overall performance of the company.

Ajmal is an expert in Financial control and re-reporting ERP systems, developing accounting policies and procedures, advising on internal control procedures, contract management and corporate strategic planning.

Ajmal is a member of ACCA(UK). Awarded the regional topper in Audit and Assurance he also holds a diploma in IFRS and has a degree in Business Administration.

Fizal Kadavath Poolackal
Manager, Operations

Fizal has more than 20 years of experience in chain account management, brand management, retail and wholesale operations, account management, and administration. Fizal has excellent relationship management and leadership skills with a proven ability to liaise with clients and other stakeholders.

Fizal had previously worked with prestigious organisations like Al Futtaim and Juma Al Majid and has been part of many successful asset tagging and inventory count engagements in the past. Fizal holds a Master’s Degree in Finance and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce.

Nasrudheen Kakkadavath
Consultant, Technology

Nasrudheen is a Software Engineer by profession and holds a bachelor’s degree in Information and Technology.

Nasru’s core competencies involve Scaling up companies to handle tech while maintaining high profitability and technical efficiency. He has a proven track recording combining practical and street-smart solutions with affordable technology backed with data and analytics.

Monia Allouche
Head of Marketing Department

Is Native Tunisian, she is multilingual, she speaks Arabic, French and English. Has over eight years’ experience, in the UAE, effectively managing projects from conception to completion.

Adept in using digital marketing platforms to increase sales and overall company productivity.

Monia had previously worked with prestigious organizations like S.S Lootah group and Al Mulla group.

Her role in Scribe Stock Counters is to build a market presence in the company and to assist achieving business development goals.

Melvin Joy (Late)

We honour our dearest friend and colleague, who is no longer with us. Melvin was an integral part of our team when we bootstrapped Scribe Counters.

With 17 years of experience in Accounting , Finance , Audit, and Operations from various industries (Marine , Trading , Educational , Logistics, and Freight Forwarding), leading companies in the UAE. Melvin was a member of the Internal Audit and ISO Audit teams with vast experience and a meticulous track record. Melvin handled stock audit projects in a systematic way with small teams and large teams.
